Rooted & Regulated is a 60-minute, gently guided class designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and support your nervous system in a real, practical way.
Led by a trauma-informed yoga teacher and a Registered Social Worker, this class blends:

What to expect:
A slow, choice-based practice with options for all bodies and experience levels
No pressure to share, perform, or push yourself
A welcoming, non-clinical environment where you can simply show up as you are
