Blending Gentle Movement with Mental Health Support

Gentle movement, deep connection, and practical tools to heal your body and quiet the mental overload in your first year postpartum.
Your whole world has shifted, and while you're focused on caring for everyone else, who is caring for you? The Postpartum Reset is your dedicated space to refill your cup, release the tension you're holding, and transition into your new identity with grace, not struggle.
What to Expect:
For one month, mothers in their first year postpartum come together once a week for a deeply nourishing 75-minute session.
This is not a traditional yoga class. This is therapy in motion. Each session blends:
Psychotherapy-Informed Practices: Tools for emotional regulation, boundary setting, and processing the profound shifts of motherhood.
Gentle Yoga Therapy: Intentional, modified movement to rebuild your core and pelvic floor connection, release tension in the shoulders and back, and restore your nervous system.
You will leave this workshop able to:
Reconnect with your body and feel grounded, instead of fragmented.
Quiet the overwhelm and chronic 'mental to-do list' through conscious breath and presence.
Heal on a deep, cellular level, supporting both your physical and emotional recovery.
Feel Supported in a sacred space where your honest story is welcome, seen, and heard.
This workshop is nourishing, grounding, and built for real life—messy buns, spit-up, and all.
Duration: 4 weeks (1 month)
Frequency: 75-minute sessions once a week (weekend mornings)
Designed for: Mothers in their first year postpartum
Pricing: CAD $199 only (insurance-eligible*)

Is this workshop covered by insurance?
While the workshop is not covered by OHIP, it may be eligible for coverage through your private or employer benefits plan.
Because a Registered Social Worker (RSW/MSW) co-leads the session, you may be able to claim a portion under "Psychotherapy" or "Mental Health Services." You will need to confirm if your specific provider covers sessions with a Registered Social Worker.
Additionally, Yoga Therapy can occasionally be covered through employer Health Spending Accounts (HSA) or wellness subsidies.
We can provide detailed itemized receipts after each session or for the full workshop upon request and can provide any necessary documentation to support your claim.
Are babies allowed to attend the workshop?
We understand that securing childcare for a full 75-minute session can be a major barrier for new parents, and we want this to be accessible to you. Your pre-mobile baby is welcome to attend and rest beside you on a blanket or in their carrier.
Your Decision: This workshop is dedicated to your healing and relaxation. If you feel you can relax and focus better with your baby present, please bring them! If having a break from childcare is essential for your rest, we encourage you to arrange care if possible.
Safety Restriction: Given the limited space in the studio, we can only accommodate pre-mobile infants (those who are not yet crawling or walking).
Is the pricing firm?
(Scholarship Options) We believe financial barriers should never prevent a mother from accessing healing. We offer one full scholarship and one partial scholarship for every workshop. If you are currently struggling and feel you would benefit from this space, please send us a brief note sharing your story. We would be honored to consider your application.
How does this workshop differ from a standard yoga class?
This is not a regular fitness class; it is Yoga Therapy. We move beyond stretching to focus on holistic healing for both the body and the mind.
The key difference is the therapeutic integration:
The session is co-led by an experienced mental health professional who provides practical tools and modalities to help you deal with common challenges, including PPD.
We use gentle, trauma-informed yoga therapy to address common physical and emotional pain points new moms experience.
You gain intentional community—support from other mothers in the same life stage—in a space designed for true restoration.
Is this only for first-time moms?
Not at all. Whether it is your first child or your fourth, every birth is a massive life transition. The "self" changes every time a new life is added to the family, and you deserve space to process that.
What is your cancellation policy?
We know that life with a newborn is unpredictable. If you are unable to attend the workshop for any reason, you can cancel up to 48 hours before the first session for a full refund.
Move beyond recovery. Find holistic healing tailored for moms.
