Using my background in Yoga Therapy and trauma-aware movement, I lead a playful yet purposeful journey where we:
Move with intention: Burn off restless energy through story-based yoga poses.
Build emotional literacy: Give your child (and yourself) tools to navigate "big feelings" before they become meltdowns.
Practice co-regulation: Strengthen your bond through partner poses and shared breathing exercises.
Find stillness: End every session with a "Secret Garden" rest, teaching little bodies how to safely power down.
