
The Postpartum Reset is a curated, 75-minute sanctuary designed for the modern mother. We move beyond the 'bounce back' narrative to focus on your nervous system, your identity, and your recovery.
Each session is a unique blend of Yoga Therapy and Mental Health Support, co-led by a postnatal yoga specialist and a registered social worker (RSW).

We use trauma-informed Yoga Therapy to address the physical "check-ins" your body needs most:
Core & Pelvic Floor: Gentle, safe reconnection (no crunches, no pressure).
The "Motherhood Hunch": Releasing tension in the neck, shoulders, and upper back from lifting and feeding.
Nervous System Regulation: Movement designed to shift you from "fight or flight" into a state of deep rest.
Mental Health Tools for Real Life
We integrate psychotherapy-informed practices to help you navigate the invisible "mental load" of motherhood:
Emotional Regulation: Practical techniques to manage anxiety and "mom rage."
Identity & Boundaries: Navigating the shift from who you were to who you are becoming.
Validation: A safe space to share the honest, unedited parts of your story.

Price: $45 CAD
✓ Insurance-Eligible: Because this workshop is co-facilitated by a Registered Social Worker (RSW), many participants can claim a portion of the fee under "Psychotherapy" or "Mental Health Services" through their private insurance or Health Spending Account (HSA).
An itemized receipt with registration credentials will be provided after the session.
