Feeling wired, worn out, or stuck in stress mode?

Rooted & Regulated is a 60-minute, gently guided online class designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and support your nervous system in a real, practical way. All from the comfort of your home.

Led by a trauma-informed yoga teacher, this class blends:

  • Gentle, somatic movement to release tension and help you feel more grounded

  • Everyday regulation tools you can use at home, at work, or whenever life feels overwhelming


This space is for women who:

  • Feel stressed, anxious, burnt out, or “on edge”

  • Want self-care that’s more than surface-level

  • Are curious about nervous system regulation and somatic practices

  • Want a calm, supportive space—without having to talk about their personal story


What to expect:

  • A slow, choice-based practice with options for all bodies and experience levels

  • No pressure to share, perform, or push yourself

  • A welcoming, non-clinical environment where you can simply show up as you are


This class is:

✔ No yoga or movement experience required

✔ No personal sharing expected
