The Unhurried Hour is a weekly slow flow practice designed for people who are ready to stop bracing against themselves. We'll move with intention through a gentle sequence — long holds, smooth transitions, breath-led movement — that gives your nervous system genuine permission to soften.

Every class is accessible to all levels. There's no keeping up. Modifications are always offered, and rest is always an option.
